NeboWeb Acquires Search Engine Optimization Company 3tailer

ATLANTA (September 19, 2006) – NeboWeb, an Atlanta-based interactive marketing agency, recently announced its acquisition of Charlotte-based search engine optimization firm 3tailer.

The acquisition details were not fully released, but the deal includes a sizable ownership percentage of 3tailer, LLC going to Brian Easter, CEO of NeboWeb and an equal percentage going to Adam Harrell, President and COO of NeboWeb. Jon West and Chad Ledford will continue to maintain ownership in 3tailer as well as becoming the Co-Directors of NeboWeb’s Search Engine Optimization product line.
