Not On Tobacco (N-O-T) is the American Lung Association's voluntary program to help teens stop smoking, live healthier and improve their life management skills. They needed a website to help recruit facilitators, sign up for training and promote the N-O-T program to communities. The website included a content management system and a full featured facilitators extranet.
